PXD047970 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSART1 modulates Poly-(ADP-Ribose) accumulation and PARP1 chromatin localization
DescriptionProtein modular domains mediate signal transduction events in all living cells and play a significant role in the cellular responses to the environment. The BRCT domain is a versatile protein modular domain that is a key integrator of signals in the DNA damage response. To identify components of the proteome that connect and integrate signals between the DNA damage response and other cellular functions, we generated the protein-protein interaction network for the BRCT domain of PARP1 using tandem affinity purification coupled to mass spectrometry.
