Title	A time-resolved proteomics analysis of tumor and immune organs in the MFC model
Description	A total of 92 samples for tumors, LN, MLN and spleen on day 0, 3, 7, 10, 14 and 21 after MFC cell inoculation in a syngeneic mouse model were measured using LC-MS. Notably, the immune macroenvironment, comprising LN and spleen, largely recapitulated the dynamics of the immune response in the tumor. Conversely, the MLN, a peripheral immune organ, showed a delayed response.
