PXD047796 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTumor-intrinsic signatures of esophageal adenocarcinoma associate with cellular phenotypes and responses to therapy
DescriptionWe have discovered the existence of 2 subtypes of esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC): an intestinal-like (epithelial) subtype and a mesenchymal-like subtype. We aimed to discover distinct drug vulnerabilities in these subtypes, and found that the intestinal subtype is more sensitive to RTK inhibition. By profiling the phosphoproteome of our cell line panel (of which 4 are intestinal-like and 4 mesenchymal-like), we aim to elucidate distinct signalling pathways in our subtypes to explain different drug vulnerabilities.
