Title	The proteomics data from AC16 cells expressing SIRT2
Description	To screen for proteins interacting with SIRT2, recombinant SIRT2 lentivirus was transfected into AC16 cells to establish a cell line expressing SIRT2. The cells were then treated with PA at specified concentrations and durations. Subsequently, proteins were collected for TMT labeling and proteomic analysis.
