Title	Proteomic profiling comparison for plasma from patients with acute ischemic stroke under rt-PA treatment
Description	In this study, a total of 10 patients who received rt-PA were enrolled. Plasma samples were collected before and 1 hour after the rt-PA infusion for proteomic analysis. Blood sample collection has been approved by Tianjin Medical University General Hospital Ethics Committee, and collection was conducted according to the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all participants, and all experiments were conducted in accordance with Chinese laws and institutional guidelines.
