Description	We develop a method with high sensitivity and reproducibility to comprehensively illustrated the glycosylation of plasma CEA based on trifunctional probe and multi-enzymatic approach. Site-specific glycoforms of plasma CEA differed in patients with different cancers and the progression of CRC.
