Description	Here, we report a simple, rapid, and practical approach of mass-adaptive coating-assisted single-cell proteomics (Mad-CASP). Combined with the designed synthetic peptides and novel data acquisition strategy, 1240 ± 93 (n = 3) proteins were identified from a single HeLa cell by Mad-CASP.
