DescriptionProteins obtained in Co-IP were subjected to SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis and Coomassie brilliant blue staining. After decolorization, the SDS-PAGE gel was sent to the mass spectrometry platform of the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences for subsequent processing and mass spectrometry detection.
