PXD043978-1

PXD043978 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleDelineation of signaling networks that underlie differences in macrophage phenotypic states
DescriptionQuantitative proteomics and phosphoproteomics of primary human macrophages after exposure to different stimuli. Macrophages in the phenotypic states M1 (IFNγ + LPS), M2a (IL-4+IL-10), and M2c (IL-10) were characterized using global label-free LC-MS/MS quantification.
