Description	Using CXMS to probe the effect of persulfidation on AtG6PD6 homooligomer structure. Abundant cross-links were identified within both AtG6PD6 monomer and oligomer (Datasets S2 and 3). Based on the cross-linking information, models of the AtG6PD6 dimer and tetramer structures were constructed.
