Title	Xiao_etal_TWN_Bodies_BioID_Map_VS3_2023
Description	This dataset consists of the files for 99 raw MS files and associated peak lists and result files, all acquired on TripleTOF 6600 mass spectrometers operated in Data Dependent Acquisition (DDA) mode. All sample generation was performed by Yu-Xi Xiao. Streptavidin affinity purification was performed by Yu-Xi Xiao and Reuben Samson. Mass spectrometric acquisition was performed by Reuben Samson. Data analysis was performed by Reuben Samson and Yu-Xi Xiao. This submission contains two SAINT file data outputs that have 9 overlapping control files. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Xiao et al. that provides insight into the involvement of TSC22D, WNK and NRBP families in the regulation cell volume in response to tonicity changes.
