PXD042850-1

PXD042850 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleDynamics of the blood plasma proteome during hyperacute HIV-1 infection
DescriptionUsing DIA/SWATH mass spectrometry, we quantified over 1000 plasma protein profiles from 54 untreated matched individuals longitudinally before and during hAHI (defined as infection within one-month post-acquisition). By comparing the proteomic profiles two weeks and one month post infection with pre-infection levels, we characterised the longitudinal plasma protein expression profiles during hAHI, and determined proteins associated with ARS, viral control, and increased risk of clinical disease progression
