| Description | HEK cells transiently transfected with pAAV-CAG-NIR-FPs-P2A-GFP plasmids were processed using Mini MS Sample Prep kit according to the manufacture protocol. Extracted peptides were analyzed using Orbitrap Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher) in data-independent acquisition (DIA) mode. We reported the protein identity and relative concentration of NIR FPs and GFPs for each analyzed sample as well as post-translational modifications if any are identified. |
