| Title | TDRD6 IP-MS data in mouse testis protein lysates |
| Description | We immunoprecipitated endogenous TDRD6 from testis protein lysates of 28-day-old wild-type mice using our home-made TDRD6 antiserum. No TDRD6 protein was identified in Tdrd6-mutant mice carrying the p.G615X (GGG to TGA) variant. Thus, Tdrd6-mutant mice were utilized as negative control. A high-throughput technology, LC/MS–MS (MS), was applied to identify the candidate interacting proteins of TDRD6. |
