PXD040264-1

PXD040264 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleUBOX-UBL versus UBOX-UBLcontrol tranfected into HeLa Cells
DescriptionIn this work, we developed a suite of linked-domain UBE2D inhibitors. We transfected these constructs into HeLa cells and used shotgun proteomics with label-free quantification to measure which protein's abundances are affected by UBE2D inhibition.
