| Description | On the basis of transcriptional sequencing data, a protein sequence database was established. By extracting the leaf proteins of Passion Fruit seedlings after spraying, the differential proteins produced were identified by mass spectrometry, and GO and KEGG bioinformatics were used to analyze the key proteins and the key regulatory pathways, so as to clarify the mechanism of the key proteins after chemical treatment in their related metabolic pathways. |
