DescriptionSoft tissue sarcomas (STS) are rare and diverse mesenchymal cancers with limited treatment options. Here we undertake comprehensive proteomic profiling of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tumour specimens from 321 STS patients representing 11 histological subtypes.
