PXD034953-1

PXD034953 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTan_V-ATPase_mEAK-7_interaction_2022
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 4 raw MS files and associated peak lists and result files, acquired on a TripleTOF 6600 mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. Samples were analyzed by Geoffrey Hesketh. The files are associated with a manuscript in Life Science Alliance by Tan et al. The manuscript describes the study by cryoEM of the interaction of the TLDc protein mEAK-7 with the V-ATPase. These files represent pull down experiments using recombinant mEAK-7 (immobilized on FLAG beads) from porcine kidney or brain preparations. John L. Rubinstein is the corresponding author of the manuscript (john.rubinstein@utoronto.ca); Anne-Claude Gingras should be contacted for questions on this dataset (gingras@lunenfeld.ca).
