Title	TRIM22 negatively regulates MHC-II expression
Description	We used HEK293T cells stably expressing TRIM22 with a FLAG tag at the amino terminal. The cell lysates were immunoprecipitated by FLAG antibody, and the resulting TRIM22-bound proteins were assessed by label-free mass spectrometry.
