PXD033482 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMount_pieF_CNOT7_DDA_AP_MS_P130_6600
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 9 raw MS files and associated peak lists and results files, acquired on AB Sciex TripleTOF 6600 mass spectrometer operated in Data Dependent Acquisition mode. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Harley OConnor Mount et al. This publication demonstrates the first link between an L. pneumophila effector and the conserved eukaryotic mRNA deadenylase complex, CCR4-NOT. This dataset presents a data-dependent acquisition (DDA) methodology to assess CCR4-NOT complex composition changes during the expression of the L. pneumophila effector pieF. Alexander W. Ensminger is the corresponding author of the manuscript (alex.ensminger@utoronto.ca); Anne-Claude Gingras should be contacted for questions on this dataset (gingras@lunenfeld.ca).
