Description | Culture supernatant of P. aeruginosa with or without microporous carbon (MgOC150) was separated by SDS-PAGE. Two major bands (35kDa and 20kDa), whose intensities were remarkably lower in the bacteria grown with MgOC150, were excised and subjected to in-gel digestion and LC-MS/MS analysis. |
