Title	Induction of antiviral RNA interference by alphaviruses in mammalian somatic cells and adult mice
Description	We aimed to examine if vsiSFV possesses any antivirus-independent function. It is possible that vsiSFV might target and degrade the specific host genes during SFV4 infection. To test this, we transfected 293T cells with mimics of vsiSFV (siSFV, 100 nM) or nonspecific siRNA (siNC, 100 nM) for 24 h and sent to LC-MS/MS to screen its potential targets
