PXD029438-1

PXD029438 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleDetection of the partially purified 2-phenanthroate:CoA ligase of TRIP
DescriptionThe 2-phenanthroate:CoA ligase from the sulfate reducing bacterium Desulfatiglans TRIP_1 was partially purified using ammonium sulfate precipitation and hydrophobic interaction chromatography. Due to low biomass and the long growth period of the culture, no further purification steps were possible. The partially purified sample was used to identify which of the three bioinfomatically determined genes of the CoA-ligase is the one that converts 2-phenanthroic acid to 2-phenanthroyl-CoA.
