PXD028174 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Identification of human transglutaminase 4 substrates in AD-293 protein extract by biotin-pentylamine incorporation |
Description | We have identified cellular substrates of human transglutaminase 4 (TG4) by LC-MS/MS-based method from transglutaminase negative AD-293 cell line. Recombinant human TG4 dependent biotin pentylamine (BPA) modified peptides/proteins were detected from cytoplasmic (Cp) and nuclear (N) protein fractions of AD-293 cells (performed with 3 parallels). Control shows the neutravidin agarose interactome of AD-293 protein extract. |
