PXD027718 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic Profile of Mesenchymal Stromal Cell and Extracellular Vesicle in Normoxic and Hypoxic Conditions
DescriptionThe physiological niche of bone marrow is hypoxic. However, the artificial growth of bone marrow derived-mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC)s very often occurs in normoxia which may impact the protein expression with immunomodulatory properties. Thus, cell viability and respiration were assessed as well as the proteomic profile of MSCs and their EVs submitted to normoxia (21% O2) and hypoxia (1% O2) for 48 hours were evaluated. MSCs and EVs total protein were isolated for mass spectrometry.
