| Description | The dataset includes the sequencing data of m6A-high and m6A-low LUAD tissues, each of which contains five biological replicates. A total of 3437 protein groups were obtained, 407 differential proteins were obtained . Exerllent repeatability for different biological replicates is indicated based on PCA analysis. Protein molecular weight distributes from 0 to 200 kDa. The rate of peptide coverage is focused on 0-10%, followed by 10-20%. |
