PXD026823 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | DDA annotation of MSMS spectra for a threespine stickleback liver proteome spectral library |
Description | DDA data searched against G. aculeatus reference proteome to annotate PSMs with peptide sequence, precursor and fragment ion, protein AC, m/z, z, and RT information for spectral library construction. All data are from G. aculeatus liver tissue. Livers were collected from fish acclimated to either 7, 15, or 25C. Fish were from two populations in California (Klamath River and Big Lagoon). Experiments were performed by Bryn Levitan in the Kültz Laboratory at UC Davis. |
