PXD024586 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Listeria exploits IFITM3 to suppress antibacterial activity in phagocytes |
Description | We examined the phagosome and lysosome proteome to determine the effects of type I IFN and IFITM3 on phagosome proteolysis. Phagosomes were isolated from IFNbeta-treated macrophages using magnetic latex beads, and lysosomes were isolated using iron dextran. |
