Title	HORMAD1 interactome by affinity purification-mass spectrometry
Description	HORMAD1 is aberrantly expressed in 60% of triple-negative breast cancers and associates with signatures of genomic instability. Aberrant expression of HORMAD1 in mitotic cells leads to defects in spindle assembly checkpoint. HORMAD1 affinity purification-mass spectrometry interactome mapping in mitotic cells indicates that this effect is mediated by Aurora kinase B
