PXD020756-3

PXD020756 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic analysis of dexamethasone effects on cartilage breakdown
DescriptionAn in vitro explant culture model of cartilage breakdown (post-traumatic osteoarthritis), where explant media mimics the synovial fluid. The OA model was induced by cytokine treatment with or without injury and potential therapeutic treatment was investigated by adding dexamethasone. Proteins released to culture media were analyzed by proteomics.
