Description	Recombinant mononucleosomes were generated carrying H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 in symmetric or asymmetric monovalent or asymmetric bivalent conformation, immobilized on beads and subjected to pulldown assays with mouse ESC nuclear extract. Binding was analyzed by quantitative LFQ-MS.
