PXD014742-2

PXD014742 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteome analysis of Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC13032 Δefp
DescriptionBacterial translational elongation factor P (EF-P) is required during translation of proteins containing consecutive proline motifs. Several transcription and translational regulators contain polyproline motifs and therefore, EF-P might also affect levels of proteins that do not contain polyproline motifs.
