Description	Palaeoproteomics analysis of archaeological bird eggshells from archaeological Çatalhöyük site. This project aimed to taxonomically identify fragments of eggshells from the site, using a combination of morphological observations (by light microscopy) and protein analyses (MALDI-MS and LC-MS/MS).
