PXD014018-1
PXD014018 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | Quantitative proteomic analyses of Chlorella vulgaris NJ-7 and UTEX259 |
Description | A total of 12 samples (2 strains, at 20 degrees Celsius and 4 degrees Celsius, each with three biological replicates) were analyzed using the quantitative proteomics approach. Algal cells were grown at 20 degrees Celsius, exposed to 4 degrees Celsius for 24 h or not, harvested and frozen in liquid nitrogen. The frozen cells were suspended, sonicated and centrifuged. Proteins in the supernatant were precipitated and subjected to trypsin digestion. After labelling with Tandem Mass Tags/Isobaric Tag for Relative Absolute Quantitation (TMT kit/iTRAQ), peptides were analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS). |
