PXD007857 is an
original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
Title | BioID on plasma membrane proteins of Plasmodium berghei |
Description | BioID was tagged to the plasma membrane protein PBANKA_0926700 of Plasmodium berghei. As control, a wiltype strain was used. Quantified proteins yielded a numer of plasma membrane proteins enriched in the BioID sample, of which 12 were validated by light microscopy to verify plasma membrane localisation. Overall, the present study represents the most comprehensive plasma membrane protein annotation set currently available of plamodium berghei. |
