| Description | Bronchioalveolar lavage-derived exosomes were isolated from Bleomycin-treated and Fra-2tg mouse lungs, two independent models of experimental lung fibrosis, and wild-type mouse lungs. Proteome of the exosome compartment was analysed by label-free LC MS/MS to look for differentially expressed proteins of the two lung fibrosis models compared to the wild-type controls. |
