PXD006084 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleGenes essential for phototrophic growth by a purple alphaproteobacterium
DescriptionWe identified 171 genes required for growth in this condition, 35 of which are annotated as photosynthesis genes. As a complement to the genetic data, we carried out proteomics experiments in which we found that 429 proteins were present in significantly higher amounts in cells grown anaerobically in light compared to aerobically. Among these were proteins encoded by subset of the phototrophic growth-essential genes.
