Title	Experiment B, Subcellular fractionation of rat liver, Differential centrifugation fractions
Description	Subcellular fractionation of rat liver. Animals were fed ad libitum and analyzed using the classical de Duve differential centrifugation scheme, with an addition step to create L1 and L2 fractions from the L pellet. Samples were digested with trypsin, labeled using iTRAQ8, pooled, and further fractionated as described in methods and protocols.
