Dataset Summary
| Title | Ampulla of Poecilimon amplicata 2-DE spots 9,10,11 |
| Description | The spermatophore was removed and separated into ampulla and spermatophylax. Each of these compartments was solubilized in 6M urea, 3 M thiourea, 70 mM DTT and centrifuged. The supernatant was separated by 2-DE and spots 9,10, and 11 were analyzed by LC-FTICR MS. Spots 9,10, and 11 were occuring on 2-DE patterns of both spermatophylax and ampulla. |
