Description | We have previously shown that IAV infection of human monocyte-derived macrophages causes major alterations to subcellular protein trafficking inside the cell and triggers robust protein secretion (Lietzén et al, 2011). Here, we have used high-throughput proteomics to identify proteins secreted in extracellular vesicles (EVs) during influenza A virus infection of human macrophages. |
