| Description | Leptospira interrogans serovar Copenhageni strain Fiocruz L1-130 cell culture. Three different biological conditions were investigated: 1) a control sample grown at 30°C in exponential growth phase; 2) a sample treated in exponential growth phase for 12h with the antibiotic Ciprofloxacin (5 μg/mL) and 3) a sample treated in exponential growth phase for 24h with Ciprofloxacin (5 μg/mL). To assure comparability of protein abundances across the three conditions, the total protein content of each sample was determined by a bicinchoninic acid (BCA) protein assay, and an additional normalization step was performed based on the determined absolute concentrations of the anchor point proteins after data acquisition. |
