Description	Developing Dynamic MRM Method for Agilent MassHunter for proteins Q6PI98, Q8N2U9, Q96DM3, Q9H3N8 for researching proteome of 18th chromosome. Normal human liver tissue extracted proteins lysis in HFIP 20%; after reduction, alkylation and sigestion with trypsin, final concentration 1 ug/ul, original concentration 12.6 ug/ul. Normal human plasma lysis in HFIP 20% after immunodepletion on Hu-14 column, reduction, alkylation and digestion with trypsin; the original concentration befor immunodepletion 53.17 mg/ml, after - 24.89 mg/ml (concentrated); in sample - 1 mg/ml.
