Title	Reanalysis dataset of JPST000089
Description	Dataset was processed for peak picking with ProteinPilot5.0.0.0, 4767 and the generated peak lists were searched against UniProt reference proteome of Rattus norvegicus (Rat) (release 2020_01) using three search engines: ProteinPilot5.0.0.0, 4767, X!Tandem v2015.04.01.1, and and Comet2015.02 rev. 0. The decoy database was generated by reversing sequences from UniProt reference proteome of Rattus norvegicus (Rat) (release 2020_01). Then, the jPOST score (a utilization of posterior peptide sequence tags) was calculated to score the reliability of peptide identification, independent of these search engines. Search results were re-scored by jPOST score for the target-decoy approach (FDR=1%).
