Title	Reanalysis dataset of JPST000207
Description	Dataset was processed for peak picking with MaxQuant1.6.2.10 and the generated peak lists were searched against UniProt reference proteome of Escherichia coli (release 2020_01) using three search engines: MaxQuant1.6.2.10, X!Tandem v2015.04.01.1, and and Comet2015.02 rev. 0. The decoy database was generated by reversing sequences from UniProt reference proteome of Escherichia coli (release 2020_01). Then, the jPOST score (a utilization of posterior peptide sequence tags) was calculated to score the reliability of peptide identification, independent of these search engines. Search results were re-scored by jPOST score for the target-decoy approach (FDR=1%).
