TitleThe phosphorylation sites in GLI1 analyzed by mass-spec methodology
DescriptionThe mass spectrometry analysis was performed by Micrometer Biotech Company. Endogenous human GLI1 from Daoy cells was enriched by co-immunoprecipitation with anti-Gli1 and purified by SDS-PAGE. The gel was then stained with Coomassie brilliant blue, and the corresponding visualized bands were excised, destained with ammonium bicarbonate buffer and dehydrated in 75% acetonitrile. After rehydration with ammonium bicarbonate, trypsin digestion was performed, followed by peptide extraction with acetonitrile, drying, and mass spectrometry
