PXD037844-1

PXD037844 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleHuman Beta Defensin-2-mediated protection of human skin barrier in vitro; a mechanistic evaluation
DescriptionI this project we performed global proteomic and secretomic analyses, following HBD2 stimulation, with or without V8-mediated damage, demonstrating minimal impact of the peptide alone on undamaged cells and showing that HBD2 did not induce expression of known antiproteases, but rather may function by modulating expression of extracellular matrix proteins.
