PXD027751 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleCerebrospinal fluid biomarkers in Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension: an exploratory SWATH proteomics analysis
DescriptionThe pathogenesis of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) is currently poorly understood. Speculations regarding the role of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) protein biomarkers in understanding the pathomechanism of IIH needs to be studied using the high-throughput omics approaches. In this study we have performed an untargeted SWATH-MS proteomics approach to identify CSF biomarkers in IIH cases compared to control subjects.
