PXD020116-1

PXD020116 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleQuantitative Proteome of Infant Stenotic Ureters Reveals Extracellular Matrix Organization and Oxidative Stress Dysregulation Underlying Ureteropelvic Junction Obstruction
DescriptionUreteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) is the most frequent cause of congenital hydronephrosis in child. To better investigate the molecular mechanisms of this pathological process, we performed data independent acquisition-based proteomics to compare the stenotic ureter proteome of UPJO in infants with their own normal pre-stenotic segments.
