Title	Arabiposis proteome spectral library
Description	A total of 10 arabidoposis organs (root cell culture, root, seed, leaves and stem etc) were harvested. Proteins were extracted and purified, and then digested into peptides before LC-MS analysis via tripletof5600. A comprehensive spectral library was constructed.
