PXD012543

PXD012543 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePhospho-proteomic profiling of Alzheimer' s disease mice model hippocampus at the age of 8 months
DescriptionAlzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia with high morbidity in the elderly and the hippocampus is one of the key structures that undergo severe atrophy in AD. We performed hippocampal phospho-proteomic profiling of the App-NLF mice model of AD at the age of 8 months using a liquid-chromatography/mass-spectrometry system to investigate the upregulated and downregulated phosphosites might contribute to the pathogenesis of AD.
